Besides that is a good bottle.Very good product 10/10This water bottle is great, but when you put hot water in the cup, it gets REALLY hot. Like the plastic feels like it is going to burn, but it doesn't. If you put ice in there, it will stay cold for HOURS! I love this water bottle!! Totally recommend. Everyone loves it and ask where I got it.The bottle is really cute… but it is leaking a lot… and it’s the first time I filled it. It isn’t packaged well enough to prevent from getting squished… which I think is what happened because the box had some dents in it. Possible it got cracked in the shipping process. The stickers and charms are cute but they do not stay on very well. Charms kept falling off. It came with a bottle cleaner, which was a + . Bought it for my daughter. She loved all the cute kawaii sticker, charms and strap. She was super bummed it didn’t work out.Brought this for my child for school and it’s already cracked on the bottom. It looks like it would be durable and my child liked it so much because it was cute and could be customized. I feel gypped. Money down the drain.THE BOTTLE IS OK BUT DESCRIPTION IS INCORRECT.ONLY ONE STRAW WAS RECEIVED AND NO STRAW CLEANER.
