I am quite pleased with these bottles. They have a nice feel, easy to grip while wearing half or full gloves. The lid fits nicely and does not leak at all. The pull-spout has enough friction to keep from popping open inadvertently, but is still easy to pull open while riding, and also easy to push closed.There have been other comments regarding the lack of any chemical or foul taste imparted to the water in the bottle. I agree with those comments. Yesterday I went out for a ride and realized the bottle and water had been sitting in the cage on my bike for about a week. I expected the worst, but took a drink anyway. The water tasted nice and fresh/clean. I am somewhat of priss about water and chemical taste, so I use water filtered through a Big Berkey filter which is about as pure as you can get. After a week in the bottle the water had no noticeable plastic/chemical taste.The bottles seem very durable. I've dropped one while riding several times and the bottle has survived intact.Highly recommend this bottle.
