I like the design (look) of this water bottle a lot however it’s way overpriced for the following reasons:The water consumption tracking is unstable and inaccurateNone of the parts is dishwasher safe, according to the manual. Even though the Amazon description says that the bottle is dishwasher safe.Overall bottle looks good and premium as it's written in description.Regarding smart functions: The bottle doesn't measure amount of water, it just measures the duration of your sip and approximately makes decision on how much water you drank, so you can shake a bottle and it will recognise you took a sip even if the lid closed. Such approach is extremely inaccurate which makes all this "smart" functions useless. So by the end of a day the error can be up to 1.5-2 liters! Horrible product for 79$I’ve always fought with not drinking enough water. I was instantly intrigued by Equa’s ability to track your water intake and set goals. Data has always been a good motivation for me - seeing the data always helps you make better decisions and with my water intake this has actually worked.The EQUA smart water bottle is branded as a premium water bottle and although I see it in some of the details, overall it just misses the mark. The water bottle itself is very nice with a solid finish but unfortunately it doesn’t justify the price. It is well insulated, as must multi wall insulation products are, and has a polished feel it almost seems a bit fragile. The finish on the cap is subpar - there are so many metal finish options that would give it a premium feel and the one the decided on missed the mark. It has inconsistencies and imperfections right out of the package.The app was very easy to get going although not entirely intuitive at the beginning. The magic in this product seems to be in the base and the app but even then it’s just not very accurate. I’ve done my best to follow the tips on their website to get the most accurate readings but accelerometer based estimates are a bit though when water bottles can be in so many orientations outside of just drinking them. There’s too many factors that aren’t taking into account that leave this method of measurement to susceptible to inaccurate measurements.One simple design flaw is the fact that the lid doesn’t properly cover the neck of the bottle where your lips touch. This could have been a simple design change to ensure a “hygienic” drinking experience but it’s these kind of details that would make a product premium - outside of good marketing, high quality materials and finishes, high tech integration, and smart implementation of tech.It might even make more sense to buy the smart base and 3D print an adapter for on of your favorite water bottles before committing to this high priced water bottle.I do like the thought of this product and their attempt at using a simple sensor to measure water intake but I just don’t think the price is justified. I can say I have been drinking a lot more water and this has motivated to stay hydrated - even bad data can be a motivator. It’s just hard to justify the price. I still think it’s a good product but would recommend a lot of other options - even other smart bottles - before I could justify spending this much.I gave it a star because I had to. Or else I would given it 0. No Bluetooth thing, no light, just a regular water bottle that I could have purchased for 12 dollars at tj max and for probably way better quality too.it doesnt track the amount of water right.So yeah, I give this 2 stars because it is in fact a water bottle and does that job. However the "smart" capabilities aren't all that genius if you ask me. The bottle itself keeps the water cool, only because it's a metal thermos type bottle not because of any cool gadgetry. The light at the bottle is kinda nifty I guess. But the technology to track how much you're drinking is a bit... Umm.. terrible? I gave this to my teen daughter to use at school and the app is on my phone and it's like she's drinking about 10 million gallons of water a day because it's really just tracking every time the bottle shakes. Ridiculous.Would I ever pay this much for a water bottle that merely lights up again? Oh heck no!Although this water bottle does keep your drinks cold for a good amount of time, I sous Dave your money cause you can spend about 50 dollars less on a bottle that does the same thing. As far as being a smart water bottle well I never have gotten the chance to see it work its magic as I could not get the bottle to pair with the app. Also the silicon cover that goes over the charging port fell off and I never could find it again not that it mattered since I couldn't pair it anyway but I did write the company to see if I could get a replacement of this cover as its not waterproof and once it gets wet, say goodbye to your 80 dollar water bottle. The company was quick to respond with a big fat NO. They do not offer any replacements on this cover that probably cost them 2 cents. On the bright side I do now have a lovely 80 dollar paper weight that I love telling people about.La bottiglia si presenta bene. Anche tramite la app apposita arriva la notifica.L’UNICA COSA DA MIGLIORARE è il sensore: la bottiglia la porto con me tutto il giorno. Non sono sempre ferma in un ufficio. Il sensore se prendo una buca (o se freno in maniera un po’ più accentuata) per strada in macchina rileva i movimenti e conteggia non so come “dei sorsi” di acqua. Quindi anche dalla app risulta più acqua bevuta della reale quantità assunta.La borraccia è ottima se si sta in un luogo fisso tutto il giorno se si fa un po’ di strada come me un po’ meno, però avendola li bella visibile mi ricordo comunque che dovrei bere.Comunque la sua funzione la fa. Si illumina se non bevo da un po’ di tempo anche se prendo una buca o freno bruscamente, non riesco a capire come ma lo fa.Comunque funzionale. Acquisto consigliato.Il prodotto è molto buono e il design è ottimo però ci sono alcune pecche che per il prezzo immaginavo di non trovare: per prima cosa bisogna aprire l’app ogni volta per sincronizzare la bottiglia, il sensore non misura il livello di acqua nella bottiglia bensì i movimenti che effettua e su quello calcola la quantità d’acqua bevuta risultato un po’ impreciso e i tap funzionano un po’ quando vuole lui.Devo dire che nel complesso è un buon prodotto ma il prezzo è un po’ alto per la qualità che ha.Ben prodotto esteticamente e dimensioni un poco sopra la media rispetto ad altre borracce.App ben fatta, configurazione semplice (bisogna inserire il cavo di alimentazione due volte per poter farlo funzionare).Durata della batteria un poco scarsa, dopo 3 giorni mi ha comunicato che la batteria era scarica al 15%, speravo non diventasse ennesimo stress da ricaricare frequentemente (dopo cellulare, orologio, auricolari, ecc) ma pazienza forse ci farò l’abitudine.Die Flasche hält Getränke auslaufsicher bereit. Die Protokollierung in der App funktioniert absolut zuverlässig. Und dabei sieht die Flasche auch noch extrem hübsch aus.L’unica che può contenere sia bevande fresche che calde.. se si danneggia un pezzo si può andare sul sito a comprarlo senza dover riprendere tutta la bottiglia
